today NO school cos many teachers MC.so ya lesson cancelled! i am thinking of something that make me stress up for like many day alrdy. wei cong,nicole kaien and partner lim encourage me and support me throughout.thanks people! love you all :) *hugs

there is a sickening patron write in a complaint to gv customer service saying that why must i charge her two credit card transaction instead of one? listen up alright! she did the iGV booking for 4 tkts for the movie aftershock,bt she wanted additional 2 tkts.she asked if she can cancelled her booking?my answer to her is: NO! if she want to cancelled it,the new seat wont be the one she book.she then say nevermind. she is using the DBS LIVE FRESH credit card to pay.i charge her $41 dollar for the iGV booking,$17 for the 2 additional tkts. wah piang! idiotic ppl :) fck her man.
