Happy Thurday

Hello, a happy day ever for me. 

Do anyone has the same thought as me? Feeling so sucky that when you want to share your joy with someone, but you don't know who to share with. Ended up sharing your joy alone. That's life! Fml! 






Both Btt and Ftt results slip, (47/50 for btt, 45/50 for ftt) Achievement accomplish. Pass my both theory with one time attempt. Hoping to get my licence before my birthday. Aiming for one time pass for Tp too. If only my luck lady is with me on that day. 

After days of insomnia, I managed to sleep for 9 hours yesterday. I missed those night I KO straight when I am on bed. Sleep throughout the night till the next morning. I tried to rolling down the blind in my room, make it dark and cozy to sleep. But it seem like not working la. Stupid!   

Well, as mentioned on my dayre, I KO last night with the help of my drama. I am kind of worried that my habit of watching drama to sleep every night came back. In the past I used to watched drama to sleep, allowing my ipad to run the whole night, unless I woke up for toilet, if not it continue running till my alarm went off. 

It took me very long time to kick this habit off from me. I don't want it to come back again, screw up my sleeping habits etc. Did research online, many people encounter the same thing as me, main reason for people having this is because of stress. People suggested sleeping pills, but I know this is not going to work long and forever, it's only temporarily plus it's not good for health too. I do read up on essential oil, many people say it works. No harm involve, I am going to try it if my insomnia visit me again.
